Today I paddled for 80 minutes in the harbor. After warming up and doing my three 8-stroke sprints, I did eight 30-second sprints at three-minute intervals. I last did this workout back on the
16th of January, feeling sloppy in my technique throughout, and that's what motivated me to start doing several 8-stroke sprints each time in the boat, to get a bit of stroke practice at high intensity on a regular basis. I'm happy to say that today's workout went much better: I felt solidly in control of my body while paddling hard.
