A new strength routine

I've changed up my strength exercises again.  Here's what I plan to do for the next little while.


1.  Front and lat raises

2.  Ab-wheel exercise (demonstrated in this video)

3.  Bent-over rows

4.  Walking up stairs with dumbbells
