It takes all kinds of little things to make a house a home. Over the weekend I made a huge step in the right direction when I put up a clothesline for my paddling clothes.
How wonderful that you now have a clothesline. Hanging clothes out to dry is my favorite daily chore. We only use the clothes dryer for kitchen linens and sheets during the winter. The rest of laundry is air dried on racks all year long, except for those two rainy weeks in the spring and fall when nothing dries for days.
