NBC doesn't broadcast canoe and kayak racing on over-the-air TV, but if somebody from the U.S. wins a gold medal they'll let her on The Today Show. Nevin Harrison, the first U.S. paddler to stand atop the Olympic podium in 29 years, acquitted herself very nicely this morning and eloquently explained why our sport is legitimate.
